Redevelopment of Former Government Buildings Site for Major Mixed Use Development
Parker Dann assisted the Ministry of Defence with its disposal of approximately 16 hectares of redundant land and buildings near Heathrow.
Working with the appointed developer, ProLogis, planning permission was secured for its redevelopment for major commercial and residential development including a new access to serve the site. Parker Dann advised the Minsitry of Defence on strategy and planning issues associated with the proposals, and attended meetings with the London Borough of Hillingdon to assist with the planning application process.
