Wheels Van Centres Ltd's Felstead Manor site is a major commercial vehicle supplier to operators at the nearby Heathrow Airport. Parker Dann was instructed by Wheels Van Centres Ltd to give evidence at a public inquiry into appeals against the decision of Spelthorne Borough Council to serve enforcement notices alleging the unauthorised change of use of land within the site to parking and the unauthorised construction of hardstanding. The Felstead Manor site lies within the Metropolitan Green Belt and adjoins an existing residential area.

The appeals were allowed and the enforcement notices quashed with the Inspector accepting the evidence given by Parker Dann that the use of the land had a marginal impact on the green belt and did not represent inappropriate development.
