Parker Dann was instructed to obtain planning permission for a new detached dwelling within the town of Haywards Heath.

An initial application for a detached house to the rear of the existing residence was refused planning permission by the local planning authority and Parker Dann was instructed to appeal the decision. A methodical and carefully orchestrated case was presented and the positive design elements of the scheme were also highlighted. The appeal was allowed.
