Parker Dann secured planning permission on appeal for a large extension to this dwelling. The local planning authority, Lewes District Council, had refused planning permission for the development on the grounds of its adverse impact on the daylight and sunlight of a neighbouring property.
The appeal case included input from an expert surveyor and also made reference to specific planning policy and guidance to support the appellant's case. This case was fully accepted by the Inspector in his decision to allow the appeal.
