Personnel

Adrian is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. He is also a former District Councillor and Deputy Chair of Wealden Planning Committee where he gained an invaluable insight into the workings of the planning committee structure and local Government in general.

He has extensive knowledge of all planning matters including appeals to the Planning Inspectorate and the submission of numerous planning applications and Certificates of Lawful Use.

Adrian is also the Practice Expert in rural diversification schemes, having secured numerous consents for the redevelopment of farm buildings to a variety of uses.
