Personnel

Tezel was elected to membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute in 1994 and has extensive experience of working in both the public and private sectors. She is also a qualified Urban Designer and has considerable experience of development projects involving Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas.

Tezel advises a variety of clients on a wide range issues and has had notable successes particularly in the field of residential development including redevelopment and infilling. She has a detailed knowledge of town planning and advises clients on matters relating to residential and commercial development, institutional sites, waste proposals and householder development.

Chris is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and has extensive knowledge of town planning issues across the country. He has advised on a number of major development projects including urban extensions and the expansion of existing towns, urban regeneration projects and large scale residential and commercial developments.

He has experience negotiating planning applications and can handle the appeal process on behalf of clients, including, where necessary, giving evidence at public inquiries. He can also advise clients on promoting land through the Local Development Framework system where he has experience giving evidence at public examinations and has been successful at influencing the content of Local Development Documents.

Adrian is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. He is also a former District Councillor and Deputy Chair of Wealden Planning Committee where he gained an invaluable insight into the workings of the planning committee structure and local Government in general.

He has extensive knowledge of all planning matters including appeals to the Planning Inspectorate and the submission of numerous planning applications and certificates of Lawful Use.

Adrian is also the Practice Expert in rural diversification schemes, having secured numerous consents for the redevelopment of farm buildings to a variety of uses.
