Parker Dann has advised the University of Sussex on various proposals for the expansion of its campus. This has included obtaining planning permission for the development of various new buildings including, most recently, a new academic building of over 8,000 sq m of floorspace together with a new 500 seat lecture theatre and a new landscaped courtyard in the heart of the campus.

The practice has also submitted representations on behalf of the University with respect to the Brighton and Hove and Lewes District Local Development Framework in order that its future ambitions for growth are recognised in the local development documents of those authorities.
