Parker Dann was commissioned by East Sussex County Council first to prepare a planning appraisal of the site, leading to the preparation of a planning application for outline consent for residential development.
The issues associated with the case included the poor highway access, an historic boundary wall, neighbour objections, flood risk and a covenant on the land.
Parker Dann assembled the correct team to deal with the issues, and negotiated the financial contribution required. Planning permission was granted and the site is now being marketed.
