Project Description
Yew Lodge is a high quality conference, meetings and wedding venue centred on an attractive Edwardian house set in landscaped grounds within the Metropolitan Green Belt. Parker Dann secured planning permission for a significant multi-purpose extension to the property to enable the business to expand and cater for larger events. To achieve this, a case was assembled that demonstrated the very special circumstances that supported the development in accordance with relevant planning policy. The successful planning application was also supported by pre-application negotiations with the local planning authority’s Planning Department and comprehensive statements prepared by Parker Dann that addressed design and other matters required by planning policy.
