Elm Park, Cavendish Place, Eastbourne
Refurbishment and extension of listed and curtilage listed buildings within a conservation area to provide 46 residential units together with a ground floor retail unit. The project required the submission of separate applications for planning permission and listed building consent to deliver distinct phases of the project.
The first of these involved the re-working of a retail-led scheme that was no longer viable which required the submission of supporting viability evidence. The applications were assembled by Parker Dann in consultation with Officers from Eastbourne Borough Council.
